How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who contacts Shallfew Septic to get fair and honest treatment. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Shallfew Septic
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. Say a job on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing went badly. Your first step is usually to take it up with the provider. Keep a written record.

Please still tell us. Feedback helps keep our network honest. Providers who fall short again and again may be removed. Know this, though: Shallfew Septic cannot settle contract disputes. We cannot refund a provider's work. We cannot make choices for a provider.

How to File

Email contact@shallfew.garden. Please include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what you want us to do

After You Write

We will confirm we got your complaint by email. This usually takes a few business days. We will look into what happened. That may mean we contact the provider. Then we will write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

Reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state consumer protection office or attorney general. Your local Better Business Bureau is another option. If the issue involves a licensed plumbing or septic contractor, your state licensing board or local health department may help too.
